Return & Shipping Policy

​At Campins Fine Art, we want you to love your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

​If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns for a refund (minus shipping, handling, and credit card fees), provided that:

  • You request a return approval number by contacting us.

  • The artwork is returned within 10 days of receipt.

  • The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging and resalable condition, including all protective wrapping.

  • The artwork is fully insured for its original purchase price during return shipping.

  • Any damaged returns will be refused.

  • No returns will be accepted after 10 days.

Damaged Items

​If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. Do not discard the original packaging.

​If you suspect damage upon receipt, take clear photos of the packaging before opening. If the artwork inside is damaged, report it to us and the shipping carrier immediately. Claims submitted without prompt notification may not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

​We primarily ship via UPS, but if an alternative carrier is required, we will notify you in advance.

  • In-stock items are shipped once payment has cleared.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

  • We kindly request that you confirm receipt of your order via email.
